Sessions are held via Zoom. Meetings are weekly or bi-weekly.

INSURANCE:

I am an out-of-network provider, which means I do not bill insurance directly. However, I’m happy to provide a monthly superbill, which is a detailed receipt you can submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement, depending on your out-of-network benefits. The majority of my clients are reimbursed for part or most of the session.

I recommend contacting your insurance provider to ask about your specific coverage for outpatient psychotherapy with a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). Many plans offer partial reimbursement. You can call and ask abourt your plan’s reimbursement rate for CPT code for individual therapy telehealth session (53 minutes): 90837-95.
