There is a part of you that
already knows the way.

For women who sense something deeper is possible… and are ready to find out what that is.

You've done the work. You've read the books, sat with the discomfort, chosen growth over and over.

And still… something keeps pulling you back into old patterns.

A part of you jumps to please before you've even checked in with yourself. Another floods you with doubt, drowning out what you actually know. A giving part moves past your own edges and a resentful part is keeping score.

These parts have been working hard, for a long time, trying to keep you safe.

You're likely at the place where insight alone stops being enough. Where understanding why doesn't change what keeps happening.

IFS therapy goes where the reading can't.

When these parts feel truly seen, not managed, not overridden, not analyzed, something truly shifts. They don't have to work so hard anymore. And you get more access to the part of you that already knows the way: grounded, clear, and centered.

If you're longing for something deeper in your relationships, your creative life, or your sense of self, this might be the work you've been circling toward.

outer work.

Internal Family Systems

You have parts that protect, parts that have been pushed away, and a Self underneath it all that is already calm, curious, and whole. Together we get curious about what each part is carrying, unburden what it has held for so long, and return you Self energy.

The Approach

Somatic Therapy

Your body has been holding this long before your mind found words for it. As a certified somatic therapist, I help you listen to what lives in your chest, your throat, your gut. That is where the real patterns are.

Creative Expression

Some parts of you don’t have words. They speak in color, image, and symbol. As a trained art therapist, I bring creativity into our work as a doorway into the inner world. You do not need to be an artist- just a willingness to see what wants to come through.

Meet Ali

I am a licensed therapist, somatic practitioner, and art therapist with over 20 years of experience and the author of two books.

I’m trained in IFS through the IFS Institute, hold an additional master's in art therapy and bring 30 years of yoga practice and spiritual teaching to the work.

I work with women who are self-aware, motivated, and ready to stop circling the same patterns. My approach is warm, direct and grounded. I will name what I see, and together we will go to the root of what is actually happening.

What clients say

“Working with Ali has been pretty life-changing. I used to feel trapped in patterns of people-pleasing but through our work together, I’ve stepped out of that cage, and there’s no going back! I feel unapologetically myself now. I know my needs, I can speak up for them, and I no longer abandon myself to keep the peace. ”

— A.W.

When I first started working with Ali, I felt pretty scattered. Everything felt hard. A lot of our work was about slowing down and getting curious about the parts of me that were running the show, especially the ones carrying my self-doubt. Instead of those parts taking over, I started to actually hear what they needed. That has made everything feel more manageable. I am really grateful for the IFS tools I can use on my own.”

- S.P.

“Ali helped me untangle years of overgiving and imbalanced relationships.”

—T.R.

I came to Ali during a career transition that completely threw me off. I thought I was just stressed but really I was questioning a lot of things about my life.

Ali helped me notice the parts of me that were terrified of making a wrong move and the parts that actually wanted something different. I’ve been making decisions now that feel a lot more honest.” - D.G.
