The patterns are not the problem. They are the doorway.
For women on a spiritual path who are ready to unburden what they have been carrying.

You are not new to this. You have been choosing personal growth for a long time.
And yet. Here you are again.
The achiever keeps raising the bar. The pleaser says yes before you have even checked in. The self-doubt drowns out what you actually know. The giver moves past your own edges and the resentment builds.
Same pattern. Different day.
You can name it. Trace it back. Explain it to a friend. And then it happens again.
Understanding why is not the same as changing.
IFS goes way deeper than insight.
When your parts feel truly seen, the people-pleasing stops running the show. The 2am spiral slows down. You stop abandoning yourself to keep the peace. The part of you that always knew better, the one your spiritual practice keeps pointing you toward, finally gets to lead.
If you are ready for that, this is the work.
“I came in thinking I just needed to manage my anxiety better. What I didn’t expect was to actually meet the part of me that had been running the show for thirty years.”
Where inner work meets
outer work.
Internal Family Systems
You have parts that protect, parts that have been pushed away, and a Self underneath it all that is already calm, curious, and whole. Together we get curious about what each part is carrying, unburden what it has held for so long, and return you Self energy.
The Approach
Somatic Therapy
Your body has been holding this long before your mind found words for it. As a certified somatic therapist, I help you listen to what lives in your chest, your throat, your gut. That is where the real patterns are.
Creative Expression
Some parts of you don’t have words. They speak in color, image, and symbol. As a trained art therapist, I bring creativity into our work as a doorway into the inner world. You do not need to be an artist- just a willingness to see what wants to come through.
Meet Ali
I am a licensed therapist, somatic practitioner, and art therapist with over 20 years of experience and the author of two books.
I’m trained in IFS through the IFS Institute, somatic therapy, and hold an additional master's in art therapy. I bring 30 years of yoga practice and spiritual teaching to the work.
I work with women who are self-aware, motivated, and ready to stop circling the same patterns. My approach is warm, direct and grounded. I will name what I see, and together we will go to the root of what is actually happening.
