We begin by exploring the patterns that shape your daily life. Maybe you struggle to set boundaries, replay conversations long after they've ended, or feel responsible for keeping everyone else happy. IFS helps us understand these reactions with curiosity. Together, we'll uncover the fears, beliefs, and experiences driving these patterns and learn what they have been trying to protect. As deeper understanding and self-compassion emerge, old habits begin to loosen, creating more ease, clarity, and freedom in your life.

Many of the struggles that bring people to therapy are rooted in a nervous system that has learned to stay on high alert. Anxiety, overthinking, difficulty making decisions, and a constant sense of pressure are often signs that your body is working hard to keep you safe. Through somatic therapy, we help your nervous system move out of survival mode and into a greater sense of balance and regulation. As your body begins to feel safer, you gain more space to pause, reflect, and respond intentionally rather than reacting automatically.

When we talk about healing in IFS, we are really talking about one thing: more time in Self. Not a perfect state, not the absence of parts, but a life where Self is in the room, leading with curiosity and compassion, and your parts finally trust that they do not have to run the show alone. When that happens, and it does happen, something fundamental changes. The parts carrying the old burdens get to put them down. And what was always underneath, that calm, clear, loving presence, finally has room to move through your life.

“Working with Ali has been so helpful. I used to be exhausted and burnt out literally all the time. Her presence is calm and steady, and I feel like I got my spark back. - Wild Path Client
