Walk-and-Talk Sessions

Sometimes the best conversations don’t happen in a chair—they happen under open sky.
At Wild Path Therapy, I offer walk-and-talk sessions on the scenic trails of Sonoma County, combining the power of movement, nature, and therapeutic support.

This approach allows your body to move as your thoughts and emotions do. It’s grounding, regulating, and often helps people feel more open, relaxed, and connected. Whether we’re walking side-by-side beneath redwoods or pausing beside a quiet stream, nature becomes part of the healing process.

Hi! I’m Ali.

I’m a therapist of twenty years and author who helps high-achieving, self-aware women break free from people-pleasing, perfectionism, and the fear of disappointing others.

Through walk-and-talk therapy in nature, I support you in setting boundaries, calming your nervous system, and owning your truth.

If you’re ready to start showing up for yourself, you’re in the right place.

Through walk-and-talk therapy in nature, I help you reconnect with your truth—so you can set boundaries without guilt, calm your nervous system, and stop abandoning yourself to keep the peace.

Using evidence-based tools like CBT, mindfulness, and somatic therapy, our work gets to the root of old patterns and helps you build a life that feels like yours.

This is therapy that meets you where you are—and walks with you toward who you’re becoming.

I bring 20 years of clinical experience—along with deep respect for the wisdom in your body, your story, and your spirit.

My approach blends evidence-based practices with soul-centered tools to support your transformation from the inside out.

Maybe you’re longing for clarity. For confidence. For the kind of spaciousness that lets you stop twisting yourself into shapes that make other people comfortable. Maybe you’re ready to dive deeper into what you feel, say what’s true, ask for what you need.

Many of the women I work with are navigating relationship dynamics, burnout, or a deep knowing that they’re being called into a braver, freer chapter.

They want to speak up. Set boundaries. Stop the cycle of proving, performing, and pushing.

Whether we’re walking together among the trees or connecting over Zoom, I offer a grounded, spacious, and empowering space for you to come home to yourself - calm in your body, steady in your truth, and powerful in your choices.

Providing You with a Safe Space to Breathe, Move, and Heal

All sessions take place outdoors on quiet Sonoma County trails, where nature offers a calming backdrop for reflection and conversation.

You’ll be supported in a relaxed, nonjudgmental space—surrounded by trees, fresh air, and the freedom to move at your own pace.

Every step is an invitation to reconnect with yourself, supported by personalized care and mindful presence.

Most walk-and-talk sessions take place at the scenic Santa Rosa Creek Trail (767 Willowside Rd, Santa Rosa, CA).

On rainy days—or if you’re not up for walking—we can easily shift to teletherapy via Zoom for the same grounded, connected support from the comfort of your home.

Whether we’re walking in nature or meeting virtually, you’ll receive thoughtful, personalized care that honors your pace and needs

“Walking with Ali gave me space to breathe—literally and emotionally. I feel calmer in my body, clearer in my mind, and more confident in who I am. I’ve learned how to speak up for myself without guilt, recognize what I’m feeling, and honor what I need. For the first time in years, I feel free to be me.”
